Front Cover w/ Modular Water Pump - Lotus Twin Cam Europa

This modular Lotus Twin Cam Europa front cover/water pump assembly kit allows the  water pump to be replaced without removing the front cover or the oil pan/sump. The water pump components are assembled into a module which can then be inserted into the front cover housing and retained with 3 socket cap screws. This saves a great deal of time when replacing the water pump seals and bearings and saves unnecessary costs in replacing oil and gaskets. This cover is suitable for standard-height original Twin Cam block. Also ideal as a replacement for the original damaged front covers. Additionally, the pump assembly features a larger than original bearing for longer service life. We modify the front cover in house for Lotus Europa installations by machining the front cover and welding in a fitting to accomodate the bulk head water line. The side feed water outlet is also plugged. Each cover is pressure tested. Proven on both street and race engines.
